I work as a consultant that provides self care workshops to teach wellness and lifestyle tips to moms. One of the workshops is called, Cynsationally Fit, which is a cardio dance class for adults to promote self love, build confidence and help with overall well-being. This is an upbeat, high energy class that combines hip-hop, jazz and afrobeat dance and metabolic movements.
Classes are on the following Saturdays at 12pm:
Spring Session I - April 5-26
Spring Session II - May 3-31
Classes are held at the Randolph Intergenerational Community Center in Randolph, MA.
This program is funded in part by a grant from the Randolph local cultural council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
