Cynsationally Fit is more than a dance class — it’s a chance to choose yourself.
Led by a wellness consultant who specializes in self-care workshops for moms, Cynsationally Fit is a cardio dance experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, boost confidence, and support your overall well-being.
Each class is upbeat and high-energy, blending hip-hop, jazz, afrobeat, and metabolic movements — all in a fun, judgment-free space. No dance experience is needed. If you can move your body, you belong here.

Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the class is canceled by Cynsationally Fit.
